The TMS for bulk haulers
Unlike other TMS systems which create more work for your team, Toro is built specifically to tackle the unique dispatching and back office challenges of bulk hauling.
Most TMS providers treat you like every other trucking business
Their “implementation” is just a recorded webinar — so it’s on you to figure out how to make it work.
Their software is so inflexible, your dispatchers will have no choice but to go back to using spreadsheets.
They promise “efficiency,” but still leave your teams to handle paperwork like it’s 1950.
Toro TMS will treat you like a partner
because we know the bulk hauling business inside and out
We implement and train in-person at YOUR offices.
Our dispatching tools are so user-friendly, you’ll think your dispatcher paid us to build Toro for them.
Our paperless back office automations will make invoicing a breeze.
Build, plan, and dispatch on a single screen
No more building loads in one tool and planning dispatches somewhere else. In Toro, you can do it all from a single screen — just drag to build a load, assign a driver, and click "send dispatch."
Generate invoices without chasing down drivers
You send a dispatch text, drivers add documents from their phone, and we automatically generate an invoice. No more data entry.
Complex driver pay?
No problem
Configure pay profiles for your drivers and we’ll automatically calculate payouts and deductions. When payday arrives, your settlements are already done.
We train in-person at your office and don’t leave until you’re fully operational
Unlike other TMS providers who aren’t willing to do the hard work, we travel to your office, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with your teams.
“We’ve tried a few TMS systems in the past, but they all over-promised and underdelivered — they just didn’t quite work for the nuances of our bulk hauling operation. Not only were we blown away by the product that was purpose-built for us — but we couldn’t believe how detailed and hands on they were through the whole buying and implementation process. Toro is truly the dream of a TMS come true.”

Frequently asked questions
Yes! We integrate with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
It takes 2-3 weeks to get fully live in Toro after you say "Yes." (Seriously that's all it takes)
But we tailor our onboarding process to each customer we meet because we understand that what works for one customer might not work for another.
Yes, we would prefer to onboard and train you in person!
We have found that in-person training is the best way for your team to get comfortable with a new software.
And we also believe that spending time face-to-face is critical to establishing a strong foundation in any new partnership.
First off, we don't believe in outsourcing customer support. It's one of the most important parts of our service. All of our support professionals are U.S. based, full-time employees of Toro.
And we do not charge extra for customer support. This is included (as it should be) in our monthly subscription price.
Yes! We make it easy to say "Yes" to partnering with us and even easier to leave us.
We think it's silly that other TMS providers force customers into annual contracts before you know if it's going to work for your business.
While we hope it doesn't come to this, there are no gotchas.
You simply let us know when you plan to stop using Toro and we'll stop billing on that date.
We will even do our best to support your transition to wherever you need to go.
